We are a long term 12 step based treatment facility. Our program is specifically designed to work all 12 steps and begin practicing living as a sober gentleman.

We also offer an on-site transitional program for those that have graduated, but still want to maintain a high level of accountability before venturing out on their own.

Brazos Intensive Outpatient Program is a licensed substance abuse treatment facility. We are licensed by the Texas Department of State Health Services Regulatory Licensing Unit.

Clients earn phone calls and visitations after reaching specific levels of our program. How quickly they earn these privileges depends directly on how diligent they are at working their steps.

We suggest that clients bring about 2 weeks’ worth of clothing, several different kinds of shoes for hiking, outdoor sports and other activities, personal hygiene products, and a prepaid debit or visa card for store trips.

Upon admission, Brazos will provide each client with the following items: a pillow and bedding, a towel, a clothes hamper and a backpack.

We are located approximately 90 miles southwest of the D/FW metroplex and 140 miles northwest of Austin.
