Inpatient Treatment

Inpatient Treatment

Brazos Recovery seeks to offer the best possible treatment for men struggling with substance use disorder (SUD). Inpatient treatment has been shown to be the most effective way to gain long-term abstinence from substances and a useful, contented life.

Our Inpatient Residential Treatment Program provides around-the-clock, individualized care in a supportive, safe environment. We understand that no two people are the same, so we individualize our plans to meet client needs. Addiction affects all aspects of someone’s life: mind, body, and spirit. Our Inpatient Treatment Program seeks to offer the best holistic care to our clients.

Is Inpatient Treatment the Right Option for Me?

Inpatient Treatment has been clinically proven to be the most effective form of addiction treatment. We will perform a completely confidential initial assessment with you or your loved one seeking treatment to determine the best possible option(s). During this assessment it is vital to be completely honest with the admissions team so that we can create the best possible individualized treatment plan. Remember, this is completely confidential.

Some good questions to ask yourself or your loved one when determining whether or not Inpatient Treatment is the best option are:

  • Have you or your loved one seeking treatment attempted to quit in the past, but were unsuccessful?
  • Have you or your loved one attempted Intensive Outpatient in the past, yet relapsed after a time?
  • Has addiction and/or alcoholism affected every aspect of you or your loved one’s life?

If you or your loved one answered “Yes” to one or more of these questions, perhaps Inpatient Treatment would be the best option for you or your loved one. Why not give yourself, your son, your brother, your father, your friend, the best possible chance at a happy, drug and alcohol-free life? Brazos Residential Treatment might just be the best first step on that road to happiness.

Why Inpatient Treatment?

Addiction is a twenty-four-hour-a-day disorder. It doesn’t take holidays, vacations, or weekends. For most men struggling with substance use disorder, recovery must be just as intensive. Our Inpatient Residential Treatment Program offers twenty-four hour, around-the-clock care to give you or your loved one the best possible odds for a contented, useful life–substance free.

What Will I Receive in My Inpatient Treatment?

Brazos Recovery believes strongly in holistic treatment, treating the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. We are a 12 Step immersive program with a strong emphasis on clinical treatment. This, coupled with our medical and nutrition teams, results in a holistic, whole-person treatment experience for our clients.

You or your loved one will complete the 12 Steps one-on-one with our 12-Step Coordinators, individual sessions with a licensed counselor each week, group therapy facilitated by our dedicated and licensed staff, and will be seen by a Nurse Practitioner–all right here at our facility.

Inpatient Treatment equips the one suffering from substance use disorder with the vital tools and skills necessary to live a life happy, joyous, and (above all) free!

How Long Will My Treatment Last?

At Brazos Recovery, we recognize that each individual is unique, and this applies to the time frame on their recovery too. No two clients are the same, so we do not put a set time on recovery – it is an ongoing journey. With that said, a guide to how long your treatment might last will be established in your initial assessment with us. It is important that we first find out more about you and your circumstances so that we can determine the best course of treatment that is right for you.

Family Support

We at Brazos Recovery know just how vital the family is to our client’s treatment and recovery. Often, the family needs support and care just as much as the one suffering from addiction or alcoholism. So, we have designed our program with the family in mind.

We offer a Family Day Program every six weeks. At Family Day you’ll get to meet our staff, hear from other families like you, a class on the 12 Steps and what your loved one is doing and learning while here, and to visit with your loved one.

Our dedicated clinical team will also do weekly check-ins and updates on your loved one. We believe strongly in keeping the family up-to-date all throughout the treatment process.
